order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of

Return policy
Optimal stands behind the quality and condition of merchandise sold. All products are
covered by our warranty as mention in the terms of Limited Warranty.
If you believe your product is defective within the warranty period, please follow the
return process set forth below.
If
for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase return the
unwanted product within 7 days from the original invoice date. Shipping
charges are non-refundable.
Product
returns result in unavoidable shipping costs or handling fees paid to
freight carriers will be deducted from refund. These charges provide no
benefit to Optimal and are entirely beyond our control
Return process
Please
note that this returns process is for purchases made online only. For
products purchased in an Optimal World store or authorized dealer, you
shall return the product to the original purchase point.
If
you need to return a product to Optimal, you have to get a Return
Material Authorization (RMA) number first. Fill in the form and send it
to us using the SUBMIT button.
Please
be aware that returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization
and an RMA number and all original equipment, components, manuals,
cables, collateral and packaging must be returned with your item in
order for Optimal to process your RMA. Incomplete product returns cannot
be processed; incomplete RMA will be returned to you.

reserves the right to cancel any order due to Price changes, Suspicious
transaction, System error or Human error.We understand that
circumstances may arise that will require you to cancel an order. A
cancellation fee may be charged if the cancellation is not received
before items we're shipped.If your order was already shipped, please
return items upon receipt. once items are received by us a refund will
be credited to your account within 1-2 business cycles.If items were not
shipped yet we will issue an immediate refund. (please allow 1-2
business cycle for credit to appear in your bank account).

site, or your shipment is damaged, and you would like to return it, we
will refund the purchase amount on the credit card used for the
purchase, or on a Smart-N-Safe.com Gift Card.A pre-paid return label
will be sent to customer.

Simply repack the item(s) in its original packaging (if possible); be
sure to include the packing slip, as this contains the information we
will need to identify the order and issue a credit to the correct credit
card. IF YOU DO NOT INCLUDE THE ORIGINAL OR A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL
PACKING SLIP, NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED!
